Save On Shipping with Local Pickup. 
The Write Notepads & Co. In-Store Pickup option offers you the convenience of placing your order online and picking it up for FREE as soon as today at our Company Store in Baltimore, Maryland. 

To pick up your order in our Company Store, you'll need to bring:

  1. Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
  2. Your order number can be found in the "your Order is Shipped or Ready for Pickup" email from Write Notepads & Co. 
HOW TO USE THE SERVICE
Currently, the Local Pickup option is available to all customers who can actually pick up their orders at our factory in Baltimore, Maryland.
  1. Place your order on writepads.com and follow instructions to check out. 
  2. Select the Pickup option in the "Delivery" section. 
  3. You will receive a "Thank you for your order" email upon placing your order, and then a " Ready for Pick Up" email once your item(s) are ready for pickup.
  4. Bring your government-issued photo ID and your Order number to the Write Notepads & Co. shop to pick up your order.

Local Pickup is available from 10 am to 5 pm (EST), Monday through Friday, and 12 pm - 6 pm on Saturday. Most orders are ready within 2 hours, however, please allow extra processing time for large orders. Orders placed after 3 pm will be available for pick up the available next day. 

FAQ

How long will you hold my order for pickup? 

We will hold your order for 14 days from when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

Yes, please enter the name and phone number of the pick-up person under "Comments" after providing your payment information during the checkout process. 

 

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Pick up is located at 1145 Wicomico St., Baltimore, Maryland. Please hit the doorbell, and someone will help you.
